Approve the proposal and sign the service agreement. We can work with your standard MSA or use ours.
Event Day
Our team arrives 60–90 minutes early, sets up cleanly, and runs the event. You focus on your people — we handle the magic.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's your minimum corporate booking?
Our corporate event minimum is $500. Larger multi-station events, festivals, and branded activations typically range from $1,500 to $5,000+ depending on headcount, services, and event length.
Do you accept purchase orders and net 30 invoicing?
Yes. We invoice through QuickBooks and accept ACH transfers or checks with net 30 payment terms. We can work with your standard PO process.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance naming our venue as additional insured?
Yes. Once we have your venue's name and address, we can have a COI naming them as additional insured issued within one business day.
How far in advance should we book?
For events 100+ attendees, 4–8 weeks in advance is ideal. Q4 and summer dates fill fastest. Same-month bookings are sometimes possible — ask.
What's your weather and cancellation policy for corporate events?
For outdoor events, we cannot operate inflatables in winds over 15 mph or during active precipitation, per manufacturer safety guidelines. We will work with you on rescheduling without penalty when weather prevents safe setup.
Can you scale up for larger events?
Yes. We coordinate multi-artist, multi-station setups for events of 500+ attendees. Tell us the headcount and we'll size the team accordingly.
Do you work at venues with strict security or access requirements?
Yes — hospitals, schools, secured corporate campuses. Share your venue's access requirements with the proposal request and we'll plan around them.
