  • Resend — sends booking confirmation and follow-up emails. Receives your name and email address.
  • Google Analytics — measures website traffic and visitor behavior. Receives anonymized usage data.
  • Cloudflare — hosts our website. Receives standard technical request data such as IP address and browser type as part of hosting.

Your data is never sold or shared outside these essential service providers.

4 Business & Corporate Events

For corporate, school, nonprofit, municipal, and large-scale events, we may collect additional business information necessary to coordinate services, including company name, event contacts, venue logistics, insurance requirements, and invoicing details.
