Common Questions
Our standard units need roughly a 16×16 ft flat area with at least 14 ft of overhead clearance. The combo unit needs a 32'L × 15'W × 17'H area.
Most of our units are designed for kids ages 3–12. We recommend no more than 6 kids at a time and weight limits are posted on each unit.
Safety first — we don't operate during lightning, heavy rain, or winds above 20 mph. We'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge if weather forces a cancellation.
Standard rentals are for the duration of your event, typically 3–5 hours. Extended rentals are available — just ask when booking.
Setting up on driveways, patios, or pavement requires special anchoring equipment to keep the unit secure. The $50 fee covers that gear and extra setup time.
Yes — our blowers need a standard 20-amp outlet within 50 ft of the setup area. If that's not available, we offer generator rental for $100.
