Terms of Service

Giovanna's Entertainment provides face painting, balloon art, and party entertainment services for private and public events across Massachusetts.

A $50 down payment is required to confirm your booking. This payment reserves your event date and time.

All down payments are non-refundable. This ensures we reserve your slot and allocate time and resources for your event. However, you may reschedule your event date at no additional charge, subject to availability.

If your new requested date is available, we will happily transfer your deposit without penalty. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the original event date. Last-minute rescheduling within 7 days of the event may be accommodated at our discretion, subject to availability.

If you cancel without rescheduling, the deposit will be forfeited. If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or a future credit will be offered.

For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing a backup indoor location or rescheduling at no penalty if weather prevents safe setup. Bouncy houses cannot operate in winds over 15 mph or during active precipitation, per manufacturer safety guidelines.

We are not responsible for refunds when weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control prevent us from delivering services. We will work with you to reschedule without penalty.

The client agrees to:

• Provide a safe, shaded area for face painting and balloon services
• Notify us in advance of any special access, parking, or setup requirements
• Provide a dedicated 110V grounded electrical outlet within 75 feet of any bouncy house setup location. Additional generator fees apply if power is not available.
• Ensure a responsible adult supervises children using inflatable equipment at all times. Giovanna's Entertainment staff are not responsible for monitoring or controlling children's behavior on or around equipment.

We are not liable for accidents, allergic reactions to paints, or property damage beyond our control during the event.

We may take photos during events for marketing. Let us know in writing before your event if you do not want photos used.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Essex County, Massachusetts.
