How far in advance should I book?
Typically 2–3 months ahead. We have only 9 available weekend spots per month — weekday dates are also available.
Is the face paint safe for sensitive skin?
We use professional-grade, FDA-compliant, non-toxic face paints. For children with known severe sensitivities, we recommend a small patch test beforehand.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. It goes toward your total, with the remainder due on the event day.
Are your bounce houses insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and state-certified by Massachusetts to operate bounce houses — insurance was a prerequisite for our license.
What if it rains?
Light rain is okay. If wind gusts reach 15 mph or higher we must take the bounce house down for safety. We monitor forecasts and give you a heads up.
Can I customize a package?
Absolutely! Reach out directly and we'll put together something that fits your event perfectly.
What space is needed for the bounce house?
Standard bounce houses need 16'L × 16'W × 16'H of clear space. Combo slide houses need 32'L × 15'W × 17'H.
Is there a travel fee?
For events 30 minutes or more from our base, a travel fee starting at $25 applies. Always communicated upfront — no hidden charges.
Is there a Bouncy House set up fee?
For non-grass setup's, a $50 setup fee applies. Always communicated upfront — no hidden charges.
